Raiders/ Shack contest- I'm canceling the contest

Everyone saw that I won the contest. All of my plays were in on time and none were questioned. Shack deleted plays, put them in late, tried to have plays canceled two days later and tried to have others canceled ten days later. It's not fair to Sea anymore. I realize what outside influences can due to ones capping. Sea has helped many on this board so I would just like all money returned. We all know the character of Shack and MFG.

Sea has been the best handicapper in the RR. He's made money for everyone here. It would be unfair to continue. I'll just follow a couple of picks and have that dime back in no time.

Let me say first I have not followed all the going on's down here. Frankly I have always liked Raiders but truth is Shack and MFG are okay in my book too so I stayed out of it. On this though I have to say this is a very classy move on the part of Raiders. To be ahead and opt to end it and send the guy his money back tells me all I need to know about this guy. Everyone is going to do all they can to win but when the chips are down this guy goes ahead and does the right thing. Hell actually it's more than the right thing, not sure I would have even sent the whole amount back.

Class move Raiders in taking Sea off the hotseat as well. Can't wait to shake your hand in Vegas. I like to say, HONOR is the gift a man gives to himself. 'Nuff said.

MFG and Shack- Shut the fvck up. I'm up over 7 units according to Sea. I've led this contest from day 2. If you want to keep arguing then we just finish the last day. No changing of the rules. This is a money contest. Rules do not change in the middle of the contest.

Sea- I'm willing to just call it quits but if these assholes want to argue the point I'll finish the last day.

I know you have seen my ideas for what should happen to this contest, but make no mistake about it you were and are ahead in this contest, based on the rules you both agreed too.

WHen something gets this ugly it's not worth winning, this contest never should have taken place, at least one of you if not both were to worried about losing a Grand VS what it looked like to the forum.

Next time think about the sum you are wagering and make sure you are comfortable losing it if you are going to do a contest for all to see.

Class move, But don't totally agree, I posted yesterday how I thought it should be split.

Raiders is the type of guy who would not want to win under clouded circumstances. Raiders seemed to do what he was supposed to with this contest and aparently has a comfortable lead.

I have not followed this drama carefully, it is however clearly one of the most prolonged and heated rivarlies / hates- ever at THE RX. I think it is admirable that Raiders suggest each guy should go there own way and pass on the money. SOmetimes there is no way to move past an issue, that apparently is the situation here and each guy should forget about the other. Good job to SEA for holding the funds and to each guy for participating, especially raiders for knowing when there is no way out despite the fact he is in the lead.

As much as I hate sticking my nose in other people's pissing matches (MFG, Shack, Raiders, et al and since it's a forum for godsake so I really can't dislike amyone and take sides), this is a class move on Raider's part. Also the threads are too f***ing long to read and follow, so let's shake hands and move along. Perhaps sea could keep a portion for his agony and take the missus out for a nice supper - I think he deserves it for dealing with this affair.
